From China's active participation in international organizations over the years, it can be found that China actually understands the importance of playing a leading role in global governance. For example, China currently occupies five of the leaders of the 15 specialized agencies of the United Nations, namely the International Monetary Organization (IMF), the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). ICAO) and the United Nations Agricultural Food Organization (FAO).
Chinese state media proudly stated in 2015 that "an average of one Image Manipulation Service Chinese official joins an international organization every year." So what is China's purpose of actively striving for leadership in international organizations? Is it healthy competition or ulterior motives? First of all, we can speculate from the changes in China's investment in the IMF that one of China's goals in striving for leadership is to increase its "international voice." As China's share of the IMF's investment has continued to rise in recent years (from about 4% to 6%), China's voting power in the IMF has also expanded significantly. Although it is temporarily ranked third in the world, it is only 0.06% behind Japan, which is the second place with declining investment.
This may be fine, but it might be strange if the international organization worked closely with China because of a change of Chinese leader. Josh Rogin mentioned in the Washington Post that when China's Houlin Zhao became the secretary general of the ITU in 2015, the ITU began to increase cooperation with China, including promoting China's "Belt and Road" and defending China's telecom leader "Huawei"; in 2017 China's Liu Zhenmin was appointed Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA), which also began promoting the "One Belt, One Road" policy and working with Beijing authorities to establish a "large data research center" in China

Lias Ander son arrived at his first NHL training camp last week determined to compete for a spot on the Rangers opening night roster. Though just 18-years-old, the seventh overall pick in last June's draft has lefta very Ramon Urias Jersey positivefirst impre sion.
When the Rangers hosted the Islanders in their preseason opener Sept. 18, Ander son was in the lineup, centering a line with veterans Rick Nash and Michael Grabner, though going in he had no idea how much ice time and responsibility head coach Alain Vigneault would a sign him.
MORE:
You have to deserve ice time, said Ander son after logging a total of16 minutes 10 seconds against the Isles. So, hopefully I did something well on the ice. I try to take it shift by shift and play as good as I can on the next shift.
When the game went to overtime, Vigneault didnt hesitate putting Ander son on Blank Jersey the ice. He sent Ander son out alongside two other youngsters, defenseman Neal Pionk and forward Gabriel Fontaine. Ultimately, Ander son set up Pionk, who netted the game-winning goal with 2:34 remaining in OT, and Ander son created the impre sion he wanted to make.
I was just coming on the ice and trying to do some drop pa ses on the blueline, Ander son explained. " Pionk dropped Tyler Webb Jersey it off to me and I pa sed it back and the rest is history. I have him to thank.
Vigneault is content with what he has seen from Ander son thus far.
I thought he has some real good moments, Vigneault said. His decision-making on the ice, hes looking to make plays with the puck and chip it when the opportunity isn't there.
After spending the past two seasons in the Swedish Hockey League, Ander son says that playing as much as he can in the exhibition games can help him get used to the pace and speed of the NHL.
MORE:
It was a step up from back home, Ander son said. Like faster game, more physical game. Everything is a little better over here on the ice
After being one of the Rangers' final cuts Jason Motte Jersey ,Ander son returned to Sweden to play for Frolunda HC on a loan. It didn't take long for Ander son to readjust to the SHL, he scored Bob Gibson Jersey in his first game back.Ander sonwon't be suiting up for the Rangers this season buthewill have the benefit of playing in Sweden's top league, where he scored 19points in 42 regular season games.

"Lias was here last year and he was good but he didn't make the same impre sion he does now,". "Lias is a player that leaves everything on the ice every time. That's a big key factor for your team. We need the leadership, that kind of work ethic on the ice."
